Interview drs. Ga Fung Chong
An interview with Ga Fung Chong who is the author of the book: "Acht Brokaat Oefeningen" (Eight Brocade Excercises). The Baduanjin, eight brocade exercises, is an easy-to-learn Qigong sequence, which can greatly improve health with daily practice. The ancient exercises are so powerful that even today Chinese doctors pass them on to patients as part of their treatment. It is therefore not surprising that this practice series is compared to brocade, because the value of a piece of brocade was equal to gold in ancient China! This book explains the movements step-by-step on the basis of clear photos and descriptions and is ideal for anyone who wants to learn Baduanjin for themselves. For the advanced practitioner, Ga Fung is one of the few to discuss in detail the operation of each exercise.
