Cooking with TCM by Angie Calor-Man - epsiode 01 In this inaugural episode of Cooking with TCM we will be focusing on Mung Beans (Lü Dou) and making use of the TCM properties to create delicious summer dishes. Angie is a licensed Acupuncturist and Clinical Herbalist, specialized in Chinese Nutritional therapy. Dr. Yang Yifan is a well known author and teacher of Chinese herbal Medicine and shares Angie's passion for food.
Baoshun Shi 1 year Tuina Course for acupuncturists
Professor Baoshun Shi graduated from the Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was taught by famous Chinese medicine massage, acupuncture and orthopedic experts and studied under Professor Shuchun Sun, a famous Chinese medicine expert in China. Baoshun Shi has worked in the Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the China-Japan International Acupuncture and Tuina Clinic. He currently teaches Tuina at Shenzhou Open University of TCM in Amsterdam and he teaches Advanced Tuina Courses at SANBAO Chinese Medical Education Center in Rotterdam.
